IRVING, Texas – Appalachian State senior linebacker Jordan Fehr is one of 185 semifinalists nationally for the 2019 William V. Campbell Trophy, which recognizes an individual as the best football scholar-athlete in the nation for his combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership.
The semifinalists for the award, presented by Mazda, were announced by the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
Fehr, a business management major who is also pursuing a minor in advanced entrepreneurship, has a 3.77 GPA. Named to the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District team, he is a two-time member of the Chancellor's List and a four-time member of the Dean's List.
