BOONE, N.C. -- App State head men's and women's cross country coach Michael Curcio has announced that both programs will compete at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Ky. on Oct. 3.
The meet will feature some of the top teams in the nation from the ACC, Big 12, Conference USA and SEC. The men's 8K will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the women's 5K at 10:15 a.m.
The meet is the third one on the 2020 schedule for the Mountaineers. App State will open the 2020 season on Friday by hosting the Mountains to Sea Open at the Don Kennedy Trails at State Farm Field at 5 p.
