NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Appalachian State opens play at the Bash at the Beach on Monday at the Surf Golf and Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach. The 16-team field will play 36 holes on Monday and follow with Tuesday’s final round as the Mountaineers host each of the next two weekends.
App State competes for the first time since finishing eighth at the Stetson Invite last month, but the event was more about what could have been. The Mountaineers were within striking distance of a top three finish before a rough final nine took its toll.
