OPENING KICK: App State Soccer will kick off the 2025 regular season with a matchup against former Southern Conference rival Western Carolina Thursday at 6 p.m. in Cullowhee, N.C. The match will be broadcast on ESPN+.
ABOUT APP STATE: The Mountaineers are set to begin year four of the Aimee Haywood era. App State has qualified for the Sun Belt tournament each of the past three seasons and return graduate student Izzi Wood and sophomore Ellie Garrison who were the top two scorers on last year's team and were both named all-conference and all-region last season.
