NEW ORLEANS -- Appalachian State University men’s tennis (12-8) will be seeded seventh in the 2017 Sun Belt Championship held in New Orleans at City Park Tennis Courts, as the league announced the bracket onTuesday.
The Mountaineers will face No. 2 seed and 47th-ranked South Alabama on Friday at 7:30 p.m. (ET) in the first round. In all three seasons in the Sun Belt, the Apps have played South Alabama in the tournament as the lower seed.
