BOONE, N.C. - App State women's basketball put forth a dominating 65-37 performance over Georgia State on Thursday evening inside the Holmes Center.
The Mountaineers improve to 5-14 and 2-6 in league play, while GSU drops to 4-15 and 1-7 in the Sun Belt.
In the wire-to-wire victory, App posted its largest triumph since the 36-point win over Coastal Carolina in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament last season.
It was a balanced scoring effort with 10 of the 11 Mountaineers who saw action scoring. Pre Stanley posted a game-high 15 points with three assists and two steals.
