BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State head volleyball coach Matt Ginipro has announced that Amber Hildebrandt has been named an assistant coach for the program.
"To say I'm excited to have Amber back in Boone is a huge understatement," said Ginipro. "Even as a first-year coach, she was a big part of our fantastic season in 2015 and I'm looking forward to being able to work with her again.
Hildebrandt returns to App State after serving as a coach with Southern Select Volleyball Club in 2018. She also has held coaching stints at Xavier for the 2016 and 2017 season, with App State in 2015 and with Oakland in 2014.
