A Studio City home once owned by “Golden Girl” Rue McClanahan has sold for $3.4 million.
That’s roughly $2 million more than the $1.41 million paid for the gated house last year. The late actress sold the property in 1998, during the sitcom’s heyday, for $625,000.
The Cape Cod-inspired two story, built in 1954, was taken down to the studs this year and remodeled to its current 4,005-square-foot configuration.
