Tampa Bay Buccaneers co-Chairman Ed Glazer doubles down in Montecito

Tampa Bay Buccaneers co-Chairman Ed Glazer has purchased a nine-acre estate in Montecito for $21.5 million. The seller was Fred Lukas, the former chief executive of Trident Data Systems.

Built in French Provencal style in 2001, the main residence features formal living and dining rooms, a media room, an office, a study, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in about 12,900 square feet of space. A detached guesthouse adds two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Elsewhere on the sprawling grounds is a greenhouse, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a pond, rolling lawns and an orchard.
