The Duck’s franchise-worst month of October last year started eerily similar at 0-3-1 before getting their first win against Minnesota. If you would have told me during that streak last year that it could potentially be worse next year, I would have never believed you. Speaking of streaks, the Ducks will face their 4th opponent during their home opener this season.
The Ducks managed to get their first lead of the season Tuesday against the Devils and held it for all of 16 minutes. Cam Fowler and Andrew Cogliano are still our leading goal scorers with 2 a piece and Cam seems to be playing to keep his spot on the team.
