It was clearly evident in last night’s game in Chicago that the team wearing white was closer to what you’d expect from the Anaheim Ducks. Though they were felled 1-0 in overtime by the Blackhawks, the Ducks returned to their brand of hockey and controlled the majority of play against the defending Stanley Cup champions. A win wasn’t earned, and they were still shutout for the fifth time in eight games, but the way in which they played, the players say, is a step in the right direction.
