Madonna’s upcoming Rebel Heart tour, which kicks off next month in Canada, will include costume collaborations with an impressive list of high-profile designers including Jeremy Scott and Gucci’s Alessandro Michele, it was announced today.
The press release for the singer’s tour reads like a fashion week primer, name-checking a long list of luxury designers and brands that, in addition to the above, includes Alexander Wang, Fausto Puglisi, Nicolas Jebran, Miu Miu, Prada and Swarovski. Also on board – and contributing designs – will be costume designer Arianne Phillips, making this her sixth tour with Madonna.
Having seen many a Jeremy Scott show (and having just screened the documentary “Jeremy Scott: The People’s Designer,” due out in mid-September) we have to confess that we’re most excited to see what fashion’s club kid Jeremy Scott brings to the party.
