Ducks’ fans have finally been given some desperately needed good news. Head coach Randy Carlyle announced that both Ryan Getzlaf and Hampus Lindholm will play Tuesday night in Philadelphia.
Per RC, Hampus Lindholm (shoulder) will make his season debut and Ryan Getzlaf (lower body) will play tomorrow vs. Flyers.

For Lindholm, this will mark his season debut after off-season shoulder surgery from a torn rotator cuff he sustained in last spring’s Stanley Cup Playoffs. It was originally announced that Lindholm would be out until at least November, but it seems he is ready to return ahead of schedule.
