Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler suffered a sprained knee in the first period of the Ducks' 4-2 win over the Flyers, and his recovery timeline will be determined later this week.
The Ducks have recalled defenseman Shea Theodore from the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim's primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Theodore, 20 (8/3/95), scored 4-12=16 points with 14 penalty minutes (PIM) in 27 games with San Diego this season. At the time of his recall, Theodore ranked tied for third among team leaders in power-play goals (3), third in assists and tied for fourth in scoring.
