Ducks win again in Florida, beating Panthers, 3-1

Andrew Cogliano and Cam Fowler each scored to lift the Anaheim Ducks over the Florida Panthers, 3-1, on Thursday night.

Jakob Silfverberg also scored for Anaheim and Frederik Andersen stopped 23 shots.

The Ducks won for the second time in their last six games and for the third straight game at Florida.

Aleksander Barkov scored for the Panthers and Roberto Luongo stopped 38 shots.

Cogliano's short-handed goal gave the Ducks a 2-0 lead. Nick Bjugstad lost the puck near the blue line and Shawn Horcoff skated toward the net and passed over to Cogliano in the right circle.
