The Ducks have signed right wing Deven Sideroff to a three-year entry-level contract. Per club policy, no financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Sideroff, 19 (4/14/97), made his professional debut with the San Diego Gulls of the American Hockey League (AHL) last season, going scoreless in one game on Apr. 16, 2016 vs. Ontario. The 5-11, 170-pound winger began the season with the Kamloops Blazers of the Western Hockey League (WHL), collecting 19-40=59 points with a +4 rating and 28 penalty minutes (PIM) in 63 games. He set WHL career highs in goals, assists and points, while ranking second among team leaders in assists and third in scoring.
