The Ducks have signed defenseman Keaton Thompson to a three-year entry-level contract. Per club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Thompson, 20 (9/14/95), scored 2-15=17 points with a +21 rating and 36 penalty minutes (PIM) in 43 games with the North Dakota Fighting Hawks (NCHC) this season and led his team to the 2015-16 NCAA National Championship.
