Demi Lovato isn't mincing words when it comes to her man and her sobriety.
The "Cool for the Summer" singer opened up about her health struggles and her relationship with "That '70s Show" alum Wilmer Valderrama in Cosmopolitan's September issue, which she covers looking sparkly, sultry and fabulous.
Lovato, 22, and Valderrama, 35, have dated on and off since she turned 18 (an issue he took a lot of heat for), and when they did split, it was mostly on her.
She checked herself into rehab in late 2010 after a stretch of erratic behavior, later revealing that she had been dealing with an eating disorder, cutting, bipolar disorder and addictions to alcohol and cocaine.
