Mr Chow, the upscale Chinese restaurant from restauranteur Peter Chow, is taking over the former Empress Garden space at Caesars Palace, with an opening scheduled for December. Originally the celebrity dining spot planned to open at the Harmon, the City Center tower that is now being torn down due to construction defects.
The menu focuses on Beijing cuisine with European-style service. Look for some of the chain’s most popular dishes, such as chicken satay, green prawns, hand-pulled Mr Chow noodles and perhaps the restaurant’s most famous dish, Peking duck.
The restaurant, the seventh in the chain, plans to highlight champagnes on the menu and roll them through the dining room on a trolley.
