Fashion mogul Calvin Klein paid $25 million for a 9,350-square-foot contemporary in the 1400 block of Tanager Way in Hollywood Hills West.
Originally listed for as much as $32 million, the Bird Streets showplace features walls of glass, a bridged entry and a double-height waterfall feature. Among living spaces is a lounge with a wet bar and a master suite that opens to a private terrace.
