Ducks legends, Paul Kariya and Scott Niedermayer, will finally have their numbers sent to Honda Center’s rafters. Both #9 and #27 will join fellow legend, Teemu Selanne’s #8, during the 2018-19 season. While the case can be made that J.S Giguere’s #35 should also join the list of retired numbers, one question still remains. Will there be any more after that? Should the Ducks decide to honor Giggy’s #35 next year or the year after, it should be the last number retired for a while.
Is there a possibility that more numbers will join those three, if not four, jerseys that will hang in the rafters of Honda Center?
