The past few weeks have been filled with much uncertainty. In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, many have been left with questions of how they will provide for themselves and their families. With events canceled and stay-at-home order in effect, it is unfortunate that many have found themselves laid off from their jobs or forced to stay home with unpaid leave. Fortunately for Anaheim Ducks employee’s Henry and Susan Samueli have extended their support to part-time employees to June 30th.
Currently, the Samueli’s have 2,100 part-time employees. This extends past those who work at Honda Center and also includes employees at Pechanga Arena (the home of the San Diego Gulls), nine different youth and community sports facilities, including Great Park Ice, and JT Schmid’s, a restaurant near HC that the Samueli’s own.
