IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference men’s basketball game between Wichita State and East Carolina scheduled for Wednesday, December 29 in Greenville, N.C., has been postponed due to health and safety protocols within the East Carolina program.
The two programs have the discretion to reschedule the game.
