WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Connecticut women's basketball team capped off its 2015-16 season with a trip to the White House for the sixth time since 2009 as President Barack Obama welcomed the team to the executive mansion to celebrate the Huskies' record fourth-straight NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship.
Following a great lunch in our nation's capital, the Huskies arrived at the White House Tuesday afternoon and explored a few of the residence's many rooms before the players and staff were treated to a short meet and great with the Commander in Chief.
