ORLANDO, Fla. – The UConn men and East Carolina women have taken the lead through two days of competition at the 2016 American Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the UCF Soccer and Track Complex.

With a total of 37 points, UConn leads second-place Memphis by 11 points. The Tigers' squad (26) is up 23 points and five places from yesterday. In third place is Tulsa with 23 points, followed by Cincinnati in fourth (21) and USF in fifth (20).
