ORLANDO, Fla. -- Jalen Adams, who hit a three-quarter court shot at the end of the third overtime, scored eight of his career-high 22 points in the fourth overtime, and UConn defeated Cincinnati 104-97 in the quarterfinals of the American Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinals on Friday.
Cincinnati appeared to have won the game when Kevin Johnson hit a 3-pointer from the left wing for an 88-85 lead with less than a second left in the third overtime.
