IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly indoor track & field awards for the week ending Sunday, February 12.
Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Shaun Maswanganyi, Jr., Houston
Maswanganyi put up the top times in The American in both the 60-meter dash and the 200-meter dash at the Tyson Invitational. He ran a 6.64 60-meter dash and a 21.07 200-meter dash. His 60-meter dash time is the 27th fastest in NCAA Division I as of February 14.
