The Temple University men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 contest to No. 13 Georgetown on Labor Day in Washington, D.C. The nationally ranked Hoyas close out opening weekend 2-0, while the Owls fall to 0-2 against two high-class opponents.
The Cherry and White battled the No. 13 Hoyas in an even possession match for much of the first half. Momentum began to switch in favor of Georgetown in the 25th minute, when the Hoyas got on the board first thanks to a Sean Zawadski goal.
