Woodard scored 23 points to lead Tulsa to a 98-81 season-opening win over Central Arkansas on Saturday. He made 5-of-7 3-pointers, shot 8-for-13 from the field, and tallied four assists, four steals and four rebounds. He shot .615 from the field and .714 from 3-point range in the game.
