PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The Tulsa varsity 4 earned the American Boat of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Competing at the Knecht Cup on Lake Mercer in West Windsor Township, N.J., the varsity 4 collected a silver medal on Sunday. Racing to a time of 7:44.40, the crew of Eva Trabucco, Skylar Luttjehuizen, Lauren Turner, Jasmine Leheta and Taylah Eder raced the varsity 4 to a time of 7:44.40, six seconds behind the Stanford Lightweight boat which took first place in a time of 7:38.32. Tulsa finished ahead of North Carolina, Temple, Holy Cross and UMass in the race.
