IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s 2022 Runner of the Year awards for cross country, as voted on by the conference’s cross country head coaches.
American Men’s Runner of the Year
Cormac Dalton, R-Jr. - Tulsa
Dalton becomes the third Tulsa men’s athlete to claim Men’s Runner of the Year honors and second straight Golden Hurricane to earn the award. Dalton had a dominate postseason display for Tulsa, beginning at the American Athletic Conference Championship where he finished in 2nd place with an 8k time of 23:52.
