IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly women’s basketball awards for the week ending Sunday, December 4.
Players of the Week
Sammie Puisis, Jr., G, South Florida
Puisis was instrumental in the Bulls win over No. 22/18 Texas in Austin. The junior transfer scored 17 points on 10-of-19 from the field, including five from behind the arc. Puisis added four rebounds in the win as the Bulls captured the first ranked win in The American this season.
