South Florida Advances to NCAA Second Round

TAMPA, Fla. - The South Florida men's soccer team is moving on to the NCAA Championship second round following a 4-2 win over Hofstra on Thursday night.

South Florida (9-6-4) will head to Lexington, Kentucky where they will face No. 1 seed Kentucky on Sunday, November 20 at 6 p.m. ET/5 p.m. CT.

Hofstra jumped out to an early lead scoring the opening goal of the match in the 5th minute. South Florida responded with two goals before they broke for halftime off the foots of Ajmeer Spengler and Oscar Resano.

The Bulls added two more goals after halftime from Marcus Victorio and Shion Soga.
