DALLAS -- SMU closed the game on a 24-7 run to come from behind and defeat ULM, 74-67, Sunday afternoon at Moody Coliseum.
After falling behind 60-50 with 7:19 remaining, the Mustangs (5-3) went on a 13-0 run to take the lead. The Warhawks would get within two with 26 seconds remaining, but SMU would hit five more free throws to close the game.
Kendric Davis led all scorers with 26 points for the Mustangs, while teammate Emmanuel Bandoumel added 21 more.
