PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s final weekly women’s lacrosse honors, for the week ending Monday, April 29.
Attacker of the Week
Lindsey Ronbeck * Sr. * Florida
Ronbeck posted another record-breaking performance to close the regular season, setting a new Gator single-game record with nine goals against Cincinnati. That total gave the senior her 13th hat trick in 17 contests on the season and propelled Florida to its ninth-consecutive conference regular season title. Ronbeck added four draw controls and a ground ball, with four of her goals coming on the free-position as the Gators cruised to a 25-6 win over the Bearcats.
