For the first time since joining The American in 2014, Tulsa secured the regular-season conference silverware with a gritty 3-2 win on the road at Temple. The No. 8/5 Golden Hurricane clinched the top spot in the league table and will host the 2021 American Men’s Soccer Championship at Hurricane Stadium on Nov. 10 and 13.
The Golden Hurricane are in search of their fourth American tournament title after sweeping the postseason event between 2014 and 2016. Tulsa most recently claimed a regular-season crown as a member of Conference USA in 2009.
