No. 10 Tulane Takes Down No. 7 Tulsa, 77-70, in First Round of Men’s Basketball Championship

IRVING, Texas – Jordan Walker scored nine of his 25 points in the final three minutes and led tenth-seeded Tulane to a 77-70 win over No. 7 seed Tulsa in the first round of the 2021 Air Force Reserve American Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Championship Thursday, March 11, at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

Walker had a game 24 points and added seven assists, while teammate Jaylen Forbes added 22 points and seven rebounds. The Green Wave advance to face No. 2 Houston on Friday, March 12, at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
