ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cameron Reynolds made a go-ahead 3-pointer with 11 seconds left and No. 10 seed Tulane upset second-seeded Houston 72-69 Friday night in an American Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinal.

It was the first time in tournament history a double-digit seed beat a No. 2 seed, and the Green Wave (12-21) move on to Saturday's semifinal despite reports that Tulane is expected to release coach Ed Conroy at the end of the season.
