IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly softball honors, for the week ending Sunday, March 13.
Player of the Week
Becca Schulte * Grad * IF * Houston
Schulte was a force for 4-1 Houston last week, batting .500 with three home runs, eight RBI, a 1.214 slugging percentage, two stolen bases and seven runs for the Cougars. Schulte finished with at least one hit in all five games and scored at least one run in each start on the week.
