Houston 7, McNeese State 2
Houston scored six runs in the top of the seventh inning to complete the 7-2 comeback win over McNeese on Wednesday night. With the victory, the Cougars move to 6-5 on the season.
Houston's offense was led by Arielle James and Abby Odneal, who each went 3-for-4 on the night. James finished the game with pair of RBI and a pair of runs, while Odneal scored once to go along with one RBI. Savannah Heebner and Lindsey Stewart rounded out those who tallied multiple hits on the night, as each went 2-for-4 with a run scored.
