PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly women’s lacrosse honors, for the week ending Monday, March 11.
Attacker of the Week
Lindsey Ronbeck * Sr. * Florida
Ronbeck’s prolific season continued this past week as Florida went 2-0. In a 15-5 win at Elon, she scored twice on four shots, including a free-position goal. Two days later, the senior put forth a five-goal, two-assist performance for seven points at High Point and tallied a career-high 10 draw controls. Her goal with 3:39 remaining tied the contest for the final time, and she assisted on Shannon Kavanagh’s goal moments later to secure a 16-15 win for the Gators.
