PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its men’s and women’s tennis honors for the month of September.

Marques went 8-0 in singles matches, including a flight title at the Liberty Invitational to begin his 2019-20 season. He rallied from one-set deficits in three of his four matches at the Liberty Invitational to defeat opponents from James Madison, Richmond, Elon and Liberty before adding four more singles wins at the UNCG Fall Invitational.
