GREENVILLE, N.C. -- RJ Felton and Brandon Johnson each scored over 20 points as East Carolina defeated Tulsa, 76-66, in the lone American Athletic Conference men's basketball game on Tuesday, January 24.
Johnson had a game-high 24 points, while Felton added 23 for the Pirates, who improved to 11-10 on the season and 2-6 in conference play.
Benjamin Baylea hit a 3-pointer with 7:35 remaining to kickstart an 11-0 ECU run and the Pirates never looked back. Tulsa was only able to get within five the rest of the way.
