IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly golf honors for the week ending Wednesday, March 1.
Men’s Golf Player of the Week
Ryan Ford, Fr. – Cincinnati
Ford opened his spring campaign with a second-place individual finish at the Dorado Beach Collegiate in Puerto Rico, an event that featured three top-40 opponents, including No. 2 Auburn and No. 12 Virginia. The freshman aided the Bearcats to the team time, their third team crown of the season. Ford placed second with a Cincinnati school-record 201 at 15-under par.
