PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The American Athletic Conference has announced winners of the league's final weekly men's basketball honors for games ending March 6.
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Caupain led the Bearcats in scoring in both games last week, averaging 16.5 points and 5.0 assists per game. He scored a game-high 14 points with five assists and five rebounds in Sunday's 61-54 win over 24th ranked SMU and opened the week with a game-high 19 points to go along with five assists at Houston on Thursday.
