IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly indoor track & field awards for the week ending Sunday, January 29.
Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
De’Vion Wilson, Jr., Houston
Wilson blazed through the 60-meter hurdles at the Houston Invitational last weekend, breaking the Houston and American Athletic Conference record, set by Marcus McWilliams (Houston) in 2016. His time of 7.69 is the 5th fastest in the NCAA as of January 31.
