IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly women’s soccer awards for the sixth week of the 2022 season.

Khan scored the game-winning goal for the Mustangs in the 13th minute during a 1-0 road conference win at Temple on Thursday.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jazmin Ferguson, Fr., D, East Carolina
Ferguson helped lead the Pirate backline to a shutout of conference foe Houston, only allowing one shot on goal.
