With a well balanced scoring attack that saw seven different players score, the University of Cincinnati lacrosse team snapped a three-game slide with a big win Friday afternoon at Gettler Stadium as the Bearcats scored a 17-11 victory over visiting San Diego State, handing the visitors just their second loss of the season. The Bearcats (4-5) saw three players score hat tricks, including Alyssa Adams (4), Monica Borzillo (4) and Kylie Nause (3), to move to 4-1 at home on the year and defeat an Aztecs (8-2) team that not only was playing in their first true road contest of 2019, but also entered the day receiving votes in the latest Inside Lacrosse Top 20 rankings.
