IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly outdoor track and field honors, for the competition week ending Sunday, May 1.

Quivell Jordan * Grad * Houston
Jordan continued a great season for Houston in the 400-meter hurdles with a stellar showing at the Penn Relays on April 28. Jordan posted a time of 49.63 to take first place by over a full second at the elite collegiate showcase. Jordan was the conference leader in the event and ranked eighth nationally in the 400 hurdles as of May 3.
