IRVING, Texas – The unofficial start to the 2022 football season in the American Athletic Conference begins Thursday as the conference holds its annual media day virtually Thursday, July 28, and available to fans exclusively on ESPN+.
ESPN college football announcers Kris Budden and Rene Ingoglia will join The American’s Morgan Uber from the conference’s state-of-the-art studio in Irving, Texas, for coverage that begins at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT with the results of the conference’s preseason media poll.
Commissioner Mike Aresco will deliver opening remarks after the announcement of the preseason poll and will answer questions from the national media before the 11 head coaches and select student-athletes hold their individual media sessions.
